How We Got Here

Horse Cove Partners was founded in 2013 by two seasoned professionals, Sam DeKinder and Kevin Ellis, with extensive backgrounds in the investment and hedge fund industry. With a shared vision of creating a boutique firm that aimed to offer clients strategic insights and tailored, options trading strategies, through disciplined investment management.

The firm’s offering and success attracted the attention of Jeremy Davis and Wes Jackson In 2021, with the goal of integrating its specialized trading capabilities into a more comprehensive suite of financial services, including wealth management and financial planning.
